Win Goodbody

Product Manager &

UX Designer

Serving user needs. Delivering business results.

15 years of experience designing for the enterprise. Special expertise in business analysis, information architecture, workflow, interaction design. I discover the right information for the customer context at hand and the best way to deliver it. Success is helping people get their jobs done while meeting a company's business goals.

Designing products for people.

To design something useful and valuable, I find out everything I can about the domain and surrounding human ecosystem. Understanding the concerns and mental constructs of my audience is key. Technology comes second.

Turning data into understanding.

Out of a mountain of data, beeps and buzzes, well designed products produce insight. They clarify and organize the world. The right information for the context, delivered at the right moment.

Building value together.

Figuring out how to build a product is hard. But the real challenge is deciding WHAT to build. Collaborating with a diverse group of customers, stakeholders and managers to discover the right product is the most important part of my job.  It's also the best part.

Focusing on customers.

In a 24/7 world it's always show time for your brand. There is never a moment when the show is not on, and every customer interaction is an opportunity to save the day and win a new fan. I ensure consistent, clear experiences are ready and waiting at every touchpoint.
